Ursula Norris is a Patent Agent with C. Tumey Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Norris worked as a petroleum engineer in both office- and field-based positions for multiple independent oil and gas companies in a variety of unconventional shale plays. Her prior experience includes completions and production engineering and operations, corporate reserves, budget modeling, and cost analytics. In her most recent role, she worked as an engineering advisor to develop and implement machine learning models and workflows utilizing engineered features, tree-based algorithms, and principal component analysis with a focus on optimizing reservoir development economics and pre-drill production forecast predictions.
