Tumey Law Group. Mr. Flynt’s areas of expertise include the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications, worldwide patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate analysis and opinion, domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, intellectual property portfolio analysis, and licensing agreements. He also has experience in the representation of clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in Inter Partes review proceedings.
